Is there any way one could refinance their home to get a lower interest? We are making our payments and could qualify for our current mortgage but can’t refinance since our house is “upsidedown”
There is a streamlined FHA loan you may qualify for which does not require an appraisal. If you would like to call for more details, I would be happy to give you several referral sources.
Thanks for writing in,
